The Abdul Khaliq Library

The Abdul Khaliq Library collection contains approximately 2,000 books and 68 current journal subscriptions, dealing with the following subjects:

• Biological Chemistry
• Cancer
• Medical Physics
• Medicine
• Molecular Oncology
• Nuclear Medicine Nursing
• Oncology
• Pharmacy
• Psychology
• Radiology

Staff of the Alberta Cancer Board and the Department of Oncology are welcome to use the library. Study tables and photocopying are available. The Librarian is available to help with information requests, database searches, borrowing, interlibrary loans and document delivery.

If you plan to visit the Abdul Khaliq Library from outside of the Cross Cancer Institute, please phone ahead for library hours.

The Abdul Khaliq Library is a NEOS Library Consortium member.

Members of the Department of Oncology also have access to the University of Alberta Libraries, including the John W. Scott Health Sciences Library.
