BD Influx:Five solid state lasers (355nm, 457nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 642nm) with the Small Particle Option (SPO) allow simultaneous measurement and high speed sorting of fifteen parameters, including two light scatters – forward scatter (FSC) and side scatter (SSC) and thirteen fluorescence parameters

Applications:
- Sterile sorting of stem cells, subpopulations of GFP, mcherry, DSred transfected cells, micro particles, bacteria, etc
- Sort up to four populations simultaneously into tubes (micro-tubes up to 50mL)
- Sort defined cell numbers into multi-well plates (6, 24, 48, 96, 384), PCR tubes or onto slides and filters
